The waiting is over

Family members of Air Force Reserve Combat Search and Rescue Airmen anxiously await their return after a deployment to Afghanistan for various lengths of time.  pararescuemen, combat rescue officers, HH-60G Pave Hawk aircrew members and maintainers and various support personell were part of the Rescue force providing combat search and rescue.

920th Rescue Wing family members anxiously await the return of their loved ones who were delayed a week upon returning to Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. from a deployment to Afghanistan. The combat search and rescue airmen were deployed for various lengths of times, some for up to 4 months. They consisited of pararescuemen, combat rescue officers, HH-60G Pave Hawk aircrew and maintainers and various support personnel who provided combat search and rescue.
