Two-star general, 15 Texans experience Air Force Reserve missions in paradise through eyes of Airmen
Maj. Gen. Ronald B. “Bruce” Miller, 10th Air Force commander, Naval Air Station Forth Worth, Texas showed up on Florida’s Space Coast with 15 Texas business and community leaders to visit the 920th Rescue Wing at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida and learn about its mission. During the visit, the general got to experience a tandem jump from an HC-130 King combat-search-and-rescue aircraft, showcasing one of the skills needed fro CSAR missions, as the civic leaders watched from the aircraft's open ramp. The PAFB visit was their second stop on Florida’s East Coast after visiting the 482nd Fighter Wing, at Homestead Air Reserve Station, in Miami, earlier that day on April 24, 2019.
