Wing hosts 4th Annual Rescue Feeds Food Drive
The 920th Rescue Wing's 4th Annual Rescue Feeds Food Drive is aiming to collect more than 3,000 pounds of nonperishable food and toiletries for the South Brevard Sharing Center Inc. by April 7.The unit has donated approximately 5,200 pounds of food and supplies since 2014 in an effort to support the local community, said Master Sgt. NFL football hero Herschel Walker visited Patrick Air Force Base, January 24, taking  time to meet with Guardian Angel Airmen from the 920th Rescue Wing. These elite warrior Airmen undergo intense physical and mental training to rescue isolated personnel in combat. They toured Walker through their squadron and demonstrated some of their rescue skills. Throughout the visit, Walker held their rapt attention sharing lots of inspirational accounts of his days playing football. Twenty-one Air Force Reserve Airmen from the 920th Rescue Wing, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, received their Associate of Applied Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force Dec. 4 during a ceremony at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute here. 
During the ceremony, Col. Brett Howard, the 920th RQW vice wing commander, presented the diplomas while 920th RQW Command Chief Timothy Bianchi presented special coins to each graduate.
