On Sept. 10, the 920th Rescue Wing bid farewell to a chief who had been with the wing since its inception. Chief Master Sgt. Phil Roe, most recently the chief enlisted manager and superintendent for the 920th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, retired after 36 years of service in the Air Force.
