Approximately 60 Reserve Airman from the 920th Rescue Wing, Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. here, were greeted by family members upon their return home June 4th from a deployment that took them to the Horn of Africa in support of ongoing search-and-rescue, and humanitarian relief efforts there. Approximately 60 Reserve Airman from the 920th Rescue Wing, Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. here, were greeted by family members upon returning home June 4th from a deployment that took them to the Horn of Africa in support of ongoing search-and-rescue, and humanitarian relief efforts there. In addition to the pilots and aircrew Airmen, the group of Airmen consisted of maintenance Airmen who kept the nearly 50-year-old aircraft flying as well as other support personnel who contributed vital support to the operations. In addition to the pilots and aircrew Airmen, the group of Airmen consisted of maintenance Airmen who kept the nearly 50-year-old aircraft flying, as well as other support personnel who contributed vital skills necessary to the operations.
