Father-daughter dance

Capt. Paul Hayes, 920th Rescue Wing military equal opportunity officer, dances with his daughter on his wedding day Feb. 29 at a Florida beachfront hotel. The wedding cost Hayes nothing because nineteen local vendors sponsored their wedding. The sponsorship was offered to a local military couple and fit the couple's monetary needs perfectly as they are both full time doctoral students. The wedding was valued at $12,000.
