Remarks about great leaders

PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Maj. Gen. Frank J. Padilla, 10th Air Force Commander, addresses those in attendance May 2 at the 920th Rescue Wing Change of Command Ceremony here. General Padilla commented on the careers and accomplishments of Colonel Steven W. Kirkpatrick, the outgoing Wing Commander, and Colonel Robert L. Dunn, the incoming Wing Commander during his remarks, thanking them both for their service. Colonel Dunn was previously the Commander of the 943rd Rescue Group at Davis-Monthan AFB, Ariz., one of the 920th Geographically Separated Units (GSU.)
