306th Rescue Squadron The mission of the 306th Rescue Squadron (Air Force Reserve), a unit assigned to the 943rd Rescue Group at Davis-Monthan AFB, Ariz., is to develop and maintain a warrior culture where fitness, education and combat skills are practiced every day and to forge a team by sharing knowledge, experience and travel as well as to be a full partner in the 943rd RQG; the rescue team of choice to recover isolated personnel anytime, anywhere.
