Air Force Reserve pararescueman Staff Sgt. Brandon Forshaw follows fellow PJ Master Sgt. Blain Morgan out of an HC-130P/N King aircraft during a training jump here August 27.
The PJs and aircraft are part of the 920th Rescue Wing, which is trained, equipped and postured to conduct both full-spectrum combat-rescue operations as well as civilian search and rescue in any type of environment.
Since the unit's inception in 1956, it has been credited with more than 3,000 peacetime lives saved, more than 2,200 combat medical evacuations, and more than 850 combat rescues. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Katie Spencer)
