Citizen Airmen depart with a century of experience
PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. - Three Air Force Reserve Chief Master Sergeants with the 920th Rescue Wing here closed a chapter on their military careers during a ceremony at the Base Theater June 7. Chief Master Sgts. Bill Gatlin, Ewing Swaney, and Charles Ferrell will retire with 101 years of collective military experience between them. Chief Gatlin will retire with 33 years of service as a standards and evaluations loadmaster. Chief Swaney will retire with 33 years as a first sergeant for the maintenance squadron.
