Kelly Goonan, 920th Rescue Wing Public Affairs PATRICK SPACE FORCE BASE, Fla. -- The 920th Rescue Wing announced the selection of 10 combat search and rescue Airmen selected for promotion under the Stripes for Exceptional Performers program here Aug 25. STEP II is a program designed to recognize and promote outstanding Airmen who meet promotion requirements and have demonstrated their ability to serve in the next highest grade.
