Pararescuemen assigned to the 308th Rescue Squadron use rigged alternate method boats to reach a simulated downed pilot during a water rescue training exercise nearby Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, July 25, 2023. The 308th RQS trains and maintains the Air Forces dedicated rescue capability for Department of Defense personnel, in support of Combatant Commander’s wartime objectives.
