Congressional staffers experience a taste of rescue
Col. Jeffrey Macrander, 920th Rescue Wing commander shows a HH-60G Pave Hawk rescue helicopter to congressional staffers who recently visited Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. The 920th RQW is a special operations wing and home to elite Guardian Angel Airmen who are among the most highly trained emergency trauma specialists in the U.S. military, and the only military personnel who are trained and equipped to conduct combat rescue for all of the other branches of the military.
