Wing leadership from the 920th Rescue Wing, Patrick Air Force Base, Fla., assist deployed medical Reservists transport a wounded warrior from a C-17 Globemaster III cargo aircraft to an awaiting bus for transport to a larger medical facility. These Rescue Airmen from the 920th RQW are members of the 920th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, and are deployed regularly to supplement active duty.
