Sharing the news
After approximately 30 Rescue Airmen from the 920th Rescue Wing, Patrick Air Force Base, Fla., deployed with two of the wing's HC-130P/N King aircraft to the Horn of Africa Jan 25, Col. Robert Ament, vice commander of the 920th RQW, shared words of encouragement and knowledge with some of the local news stations. Currently, 70 Rescue Wing Airmen are deployed to Afghanistan providing life-saving medical evacuations of combatants wounded on the battlefield. (U.S. Air Force photo/Capt. Cathleen Snow)
