PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla.- Col. Jeffrey Macrander, 920th Wing Commander, pins pararescueman Senior Master Sgt. Michael Ziegler with a Meritorious Service Medal wtih a Oak Leaf Cluster at the Commander's Call Dec. 3. Five other Rescue Reservists were awarded at the Commander's Call.
