SUMMERSIDE, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, Canada - Pararescueman Master Sgt. Richard Oberstar, 304th Rescuq Squadron, Portland, Ore., performs a static-line jump out of a WC-130J Hercules aircraft here.
