SUMMERSIDE, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, Canada- Pararescueman Master Sgt. Richard Oberstar, 304th Rescue Squadron, Portland, Ore. gathers his parachute here. Oberstar was one of three other PJs that jumped out of the back of a WC-130 Hercules aircraft.
