SUMMERSIDE, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, Canada- A Canadian Search and Rescue Technician (SARTech) gives two thumbs up moments before leaping off the back of WC-130J Hercules aircraft here. Canadian SAR forces respond to an average of 6-7 civilian distress calls per week.
