SUMMERSIDE, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, Canada - Pararescuman Master Sgt. Richard Oberstar, 304th Rescue Squadron, Portland, Ore., looks out the window of a WC-130J Hercules aircraft to determine wind and safety factors prior to allowing teamates to sky dive.
