PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. - A day prior to the Space Shuttle Atlantis u lanch, Reserve Airmen listen to the details of removing the Advanced Crew Escape Suit (ACES) - a full pressure suit currently worn by all space shuttle crew for the ascent and entry portions of flight. These Guardian Angels also learned how to extract an astronaut in the case of an emergency. The 920th RQW provides rescue support for all NASA space shuttle.
