Let them eat cake
PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Members of the 920th Rescue Wing's Aeromedical Staging Squadron recognize the changing of the guard with a celebratory cake during a change-of-command ceremony Sept. 11 in The Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute auditorium. Col. Richard A. Huot was welcomed as the new commander of the Aeromedical Staging Squadron. He replaces outgoing commander Col. Lewis D. Neace, who held the position since 2004. Saving lives is at the heart of everything we do. It doesn't matter if it's a downed F-16 pilot in Iraq, astronauts who have bailed out from the space shuttle, hurricane victims stranded on rooftops or a fishermen trapped aboard a sinking ship in the Atlantic Ocean. If the 920th Rescue Wing gets the call, we're going to get them to safety. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Bryan Ripple)
