PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Maj. Gen. Frank J. Padilla, 10th Air Force Commander, presented the Legion of Merit Medal to both Colonel Kirkpatrick and Colonel Dunn during their May 2 Change of Command Ceremony here. Colonel Dunn was previously the Commander of the 943rd Rescue Group at Davis-Monthan AFB, Ariz., one of the 920th Geographically Separated Units (GSU.)
