JOLO, Philippines -- U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Arnold Stocker, a nurse anesthetist assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines, extracts a tooth from a young girl Nov. 28, 2009 during a Medical Civic Action Project (MEDCAP). Colonel Stocker was deployed from the 920th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. Led by the Armed Forces of the Philippines, JSOTF-P members assisted with the treatment of more than 200 patients for dental care, medical check-ups, and distributed medications and toiletries.
