JOLO, Philippines -- U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Arnold Stocker and an Army medic assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines prepare medical supplies Nov. 28, 2009 for a Medical Civic Action Project (MEDCAP). Colonel Stocker was deployed from the 920th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. The MEDCAP brought together people from the Armed Forces of the Philippines, JSOTF-P members and volunteers from the local community.
