Key West, Fla. - Air Force Reserve Pararescuemen, or PJs, from the 920th RQW, along with their Canadian counterparts, SARTechs, load up in an HC-130/N for their high altitude-low opening jumps during the 2009 Key West SAREX. These jump missions, at altitudes up to 35,000 feet, are part of the Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) missions the PJs perform. They free fall for about 2,500 feet before they deploy their parachute.
