Pararescuemen in Action
PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. – A Cocoa Beach Air Show onlooker meets a 920th Rescue Wing reservist, Master Sgt. John Grant, Pararescueman, as he ascends onto the beach after his HH-60 Pave Hawk rescue demonstration Oct. 2-4, 2009. Known as “Citizen Airmen,” Air Force Reservists are dedicated, dual-hatted professionals who live in your neighborhood and work in your community. When called to duty, reservists put their civilian lives on hold to defend our nation. (U.S. Air Force photo by/Master Sgt. Bryan Ripple)
