Honorary Citizen Airmen

CHARLESTON AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. --Thirty five community and business leaders from the Patrick Air Force Base-area participated in a civic leader tour from Patrick AFB to Charleson AFB, S.C. April 28. The tour was designed to offer the tour participants a glimpse at how seemlessly active duty Air Force and Air Force Reserve personnel operate in today's joint training environment. The Air Force Reserve's 927th Air Refueling Wing from McDill AFB in Tampa provided the flight to Charleston on a KC-135 air refueling aircraft. The Air Force Reserve's 315th Airlift Wing flies C-17 aircraft along with the active duty 437th Airlift Wing at Charleston. U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Bryan Ripple
