PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Senior Master Sgt. Rene Rubiella (right), recipient of the USA Freedom Corps President's Service Award, and his wife Terry, pose with Stephen Baldwin, actor and member of the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation. The sergeant was honored during a special White House ceremony. Baldwin is holding a photo of the Rubiella's daughter, Alexandria, who was killed in an auto accident. It was his daughter's death that led Rubiella to create Operation Not on Our Watch (NOW) to warn high school students of the dangers of careless driving. (U.S. Air Force photo/Capt. Cathleen Snow)
