PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. - Air Force Reserve pararescuemen (PJs), Staff Sgt. Kacee Holmes, 920th Rescue Wing, Patrick Air Force Base, Fla., is trained to save lives - anywhere - at any time. In a ground training exercise he and fellow PJs hone their skills in combat car extraction and medical treatment.
