Reserve pararescuemen welcome new commander

PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Reservists from the 920th Rescue Wing gather to witness a change-of-command ceremony held at the professional development center here at 10 a.m. today. Lt. Col. Joel Kinnunen succeeded Lt. Col. Coy Speer as commander of the wing's pararescue squadron. Colonel Kinunnen is a former rescue-helicopter pilot and comes to Patrick from one of the wing's geographically-separated units at Portland, Ore.
