Chief Master Sgt. Tim Bianchi, 920th Rescue Wing command chief, takes time to respond to matter concerning the morale, health, welfare and discipline of the enlisted corps of the wing Nov. 8, 2015, at Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. As the wings highest ranking enlisted member he is the principle enlisted advisor to the wing commander for the combat-ready enlisted personnel assigned to four groups, 16 squadrons, five flights and three geographically separated units.
