Joint exercise tests active shooter response
First Lt. Ryan Kelly, 38th Rescue Squadron combat rescue officer, works with Staff Sgt. Jesse Ouverson, 45th Security Forces Squadron defender, to assess the victims of an active shooter exercise incident July 25, 2017 in Hangar 750. Kelly, who is on temporary duty with the 308th Rescue Squadron, and the pararescue team oversaw the care of the victims until the 45th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighters arrived.
