920th Rescue Wing creates new logistics squadron

Commander Kurt A. Mathews, 920th Rescue Wing commander, presents Col. Jeanne E. Bisesi, 920th Mission Support Group commander with the 920th Logistics Readiness Squadron guidon during the squadron’s activation ceremony Dec. 2 at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. According to historical records, the 920th LRS stood up as a flight April 1, 2003 with 18 personnel and has since grown to approximately 75 reservists and civilian personnel. The squadron is responsible for sustaining support operations for the 920th Rescue Wing.
