Tuskegee Airman properly laid to rest with help of Team Patrick Honor Guard

Ceremonial guardsmen with the Patrick Air Force Base Honor Guard carry the remains of Tuskegee Airman, Edwin Cowan, during a reburial ceremony, Feb. 7, 2019, at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Fla.
