Exercise Fury Horizon

Pararescuemen assigned to the 920th Rescue Wing exit an HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter during exercise Fury Horizon 23 at Avon Park Air Force Range, Florida, Sept. 8, 2023. This exercise tested the wing's employment of the personnel recovery task force construct for specific application against competitors in hostile, isolated locations. The PRTF structure distributes forces in light, medium and heavy configurations that maneuver and sustain organically throughout all operating environments and provides both offensive and defensive capabilities.
