Pararescuemen conduct mass casualty exercise

Pararescuemen and combat rescue officers assigned to the 308th Rescue Squadron search for patients simulating injuries inside a hardened facility during a mass casualty exercise at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida, March 5, 2024.
