The 920th Communications Flight trains and deploys combat rescue Airmen to provide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence, or C4I, systems. The flight enables the 920th Rescue Wing to plan, lead, and conduct military rescue operations and missions to deny competitors and adversaries exploitation of isolated personnel by providing unabridged connectivity to critical communication capabilities such as phones, internet, radios and computers. Additionally, the flight monitors advancements within the communications domain in order to deliver the most state-of-the-art technology available.
