PATRICK SPACE FORCE BASE, Fla. -- The Air Force Reserve Command's "Top 3" organization will be offering 20 individual scholarships in the amount of $500 each to further military and their family members college education pursuits.
The purpose of the Top 3 organization is to promote communication, professionalism, responsibility, camaraderie, prestige and esprit de corps among the enlisted corps. This association actively supports the entire enlisted population through professional development, information flow, morale activities and community service.
