Camaro Vs. Corvette
NASCAR racecar driver, Mr. Geoff Bodine, greeted 920th Rescue Wing Airmen at Patrick Air Force Base, Fla., June 2 during the 920th RQW Family & Employer Appreciation Day. After spending time with Rescue Warriors and signing autographs, he spotted Col. Jeffrey Macrander's (the wing commander) classic Camaro and stopped to get a photo of his Corvette next to it, but was caught in the act by the colonel. Macrander is an HH-60G Pave Hawk pilot. During a NASCAR race, cars can reach speeds up to 200 MPH, which is also the speed of a Pave Hawk. When it comes to the performance of Caeros and Corvettes, there are mixed opinions on which car can outperform the other. (Courtesy photo)
